I was driving home from work and getting pretty pissed off. Since a lot of the roads in Depere are being constructed on, i now have a set way to go. Apperently that way was also the route on the marathon run. So i got stuck behind a bunch of people taking their sweet ass time. Eventually i got home and there was a news story right next door. It was just a dumb publicity story and the news was interviewing this little girl cause she was gonna participate in the marathon. The girl, who was about 5, then mentions that she stole some shoes from shopko just for this event. It was kinda funny. Anyhow, the press leaves and my mom was working on something around the fence by the apartments. Apparently years ago when they first bought the house they put up a fence, before this one and the previous fence. ANd mom just dug up part of that fence and it still had a screwdriver stuck in the bottom. Apparently dad stuck it in there for measurement purposes and then forgot it until he had buried the post. He said that it would just decay and he wouldnt have to worry about digging it up. But it was still there. So we had something to surprise dad when he came home.
